Dear compatriots,

28th of January is one of the most significant holidays in the history of the independent Republic of Armenia. Our nation today celebrates 19 years since the formation of the Armenian army. The Army is one of the greatest achievements of our people, the only guarantor of state power, security for our people, creative and peaceful existence.

I heartily congratulate the Armenian army soldiers, officers and all those who had contributed in the formation, establishment and strengthening of the army. Feats of Armenian heroes who were devoted to country and our state and who fell for a bright future of the Armenian people will never be forgotten.

Again and again I congratulate our people on the occasion of the Armenian army day; I wish our soldiers a good service and impregnable strength and peace to borders of Armenian land.
