“On this beautiful spring day I would like to say words of honouring to you, reminding of that inestimable role you always had in our society and family lives. I want to address words of fraternal assistance to mothers of our soldiers, who are waiting for their sons return from the army. There isn’t more dear feeling for a person than love for his country and love for his mother, and this concept is passed to our people from generation to generation”, is mentioned in congratulation speech of Mr. Tsarukyan.
